We recently spent 11 days at this resort, and I can confidently say it was the most fantastic holiday we've had! The seaplane arrival was worth every penny, and staying in a water villa was an unforgettable experience. The food was excellent, and the all-inclusive package provided great value. However, our friends had a significantly different experience, mentioning serious issues with their stay, which is concerning.
